Please come and join our practice walk every Tuesday at 10.00am. Starting from the Memorial Gate entrance in Kings Road. Comfy shoes and a coat if needed, meet up for a gentle stroll and a chat. Followed by a drink at The Salvation Army (optional).

The class takes place on the ground floor and it is accessible for wheelchairs. The sessions can be enjoyed standing and seated. We encourage people to go at their own pace and rest as they feel. Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes. You do not need a mat or special clothing. Discover Tai Chi is an award winning social enterprise.
Level 3: 3-4 miles, fields and hills, quicker pace and possible stiles. Intermediate walks, ideal for those with good walking fitness and able to complete 60-90mins with minimal stops.
