Frome Otters Hydro Club offers after-school swimming lessons for children with disabilities, allowing them to enjoy the freedom of the water and learn to swim safely, just like mainstream kids. Olympic Weightlifting coached sessions. Our club sessions run 3 times a week for 8-12yr old and 12+ We also run a family fitness session where young people can bring a parent/carer to train with. Our club has a sensory room where young people can process information and relax. Our coaches are all experienced with working with young people who are neurodiverse. The focus of our sessions is to encourage and promote good technique, social skills and getting stronger, fitter and healthier.
Wheelie Active Clubs offer multi-activity sessions for children aged 4-12 years old with a physical disability. Wheelie Active Clubs give children with physical disabilities opportunities to develop physical literacy and movement skills for sport in a safe, progressive and inclusive programme of activity. Level Water provide 1:1 and adapted swimming lessons to ensure every child has the opportunity to learn to swim and develop a lifelong love of the water.
