Move within your own limits: you can sit, use a chair for support or stand - choose whatever works best for you. 60 minutes of exercise followed by a cuppa, cake and chat. A Low Impact circuit class aimed for residents who are inactive and at risk of cardiovascular diseases and mild to moderate mental health conditions. Please note all participants looking to take part must book a consultation to see the Get Active Specialist first. This consultation will run through the essential inclusion criteria to determine eligibility. Participants will receive 6 weeks free of exercise classes and then £4.50 per person

GEMS is a friendly and relaxed dance class for over 65s which includes a mixture of seated and standing movement with a focus on everyone going at their own pace and having fun. GEMS is more than a dance class. It's about being part of a community, building friendships and everyone enjoying themselves. We cover a wide range of styles and facilitate the exploration of creative movement. Each session costs £3.50, your first session is free!
