A mixed paced walk (suitable for ALL) of approximately 2 miles focusing on improving technique. The session is likely to cover a mix of gears and some of the key teaching points of Nordic walking so that you can refine your technique and enable you to feel more confident to join regular Nordic walks at the intensity to suit you.
