In-Person: open level yoga class at YogaSpace with Clara. Enjoy slow, dynamic breath-led movements with meditative space and seated breathwork. Track is back! It’s getting colder and darker, so our autumn training will switch to the Little Marlow Athletics track under floodlights. Drills and warm-ups will be followed by a wide variety of running fitness training to support your race goals. There is a small session charge to cover hire and lights. This 55-minute session is designed to help you get stronger, improve muscle tone, and gain confidence with lifting — all in the fresh air of Battersea Park. With a maximum of 6 people per class, you’ll get personalised coaching and safe technique guidance, whether you’re a beginner or experienced lifter.

These swim sessions are generally quieter and so may be more suitable for children living with SEND, neurodivergence and/or other long term health conditions. All under 8s must attend with an adult (18+), 1 adult for every 2 under 8s.

A lane swim for individuals with disabilities or additional needs who may prefer a less crowded session.
Monday evening 7-8pm is for 8-16years only. Monday 8.15-9.15pm is for anyone aged 16years+. Wednesday session 7-9pm is a mixed aged session for anyone 8 years and over. The sessions can also be adapted for wheelchair users.
Come down to Loughborough Rugby Club for some fun in the sun! No experience necessary, all ages and genders welcome to play some non contact walking rugby 7-8pm every Wednesday evening starting on 7th May 2025.
