Reconnect with the body and focus the mind. The purpose of these sessions is to do the opposite of what sitting, driving and looking at devices does to us. Yoga not only maintains range of movement and improves stability, but it can also improve mental focus. In these sessions we take the most relevant bits of Yoga and add functional movements to gain a understanding of how we move, breath and think - and how we could move, breath and think in more beneficial ways.
