Yoga Fountain Vinyasa Yoga

You're invited to join me for a new vinyasa yoga class on Thursdays from 7-8pm starting 6th Sept (next week) It will take place in St.Peter's Hall (behind the first hall) attached to Our Lady of Good Counsel Church, London road, Wickford. For the month of September I will be running the classes on a donation basis to raise money for Big Splash Trust, a charity which provides extra opportunities for severely disabled children and their families to swim, play and have fun together. All bodies, ages, genders, abilities and souls welcome. The class will involve some pranayama (breath work) physical postures (adapted to suit all) and a well deserved relaxation.
