Overview
Join us for a sociable health walk to increase your fitness, meet new friends and enjoy the local countryside on your doorstep, we also stop for refreshments afterwards. The walks are free and this route is one of our more challenging walks for people increasing their level of physical activity. This walk is between 60 – 80 minutes and we cover 2/5 - 3 miles at a gentle to moderate pace. Booking not required, please come along a few minutes before the start time to register.
