Overview

Our Boxing 4 Parkinsons programme has been running successfully for 3 years already. When the pandemic hit us, we adapted and went virtual with the sessions so everyone could continue. Now that has enabled us to expand the programme and now have members from all over the UK joining every week. Our sessions are progressive and most of all fun! Our sessions are catered for all abilities and fitness levels, our coaches adapt every exercise to suit all individuals if anyone struggles with any aspect. Our programme is open 15 minutes before and after the session so everyone can socialise also.

This programme is virtual through zoom, so you can enjoy the sessions from the comfort of your own home wherever you are in the UK. Exercise, socialise and have fun with other people living with Parkinsons and their carers.
