Sports category:
Gymnastics & Acro Sports
Overview
We are extremely proud of the work we do with children, young people and adults with wide ranging additional needs and disabilities.
We currently welcome a variety of care homes, organisations, schools and individuals with wide ranging needs every week. Our fully qualified, experienced and DBS-cleared instructors tailor every session to meet the needs of all participants, utilising various movement and teaching techniques to ensure everyone is included and benefits from low-impact, high-calorie burning exercise.
Our purpose built trampoline centre with sunken trampolines, surrounded by a fully matted area, provides the perfect environment to welcome participants on a regular weekly basis or for a shorter block booking. Some of the many benefits experienced by regular participants include relaxation, fun, enjoyment, increase in exercise tolerance, muscle tone management, increase in coordination, confidence and a sense of achievement.
We are proud to provide trampolining for organisations such as The National Autistic Society, Richardson Partnership for Care, William Blake House and Sense. We also have strong partnerships with special schools across Northamptonshire including Billing Brook School, Northgate School and Rowan Gate School.
If you have any questions, require further information or would like to enquire to book please do not hesitate to contact us.
