Overview
At Talkback we are passionate about providing sports and activity that is inclusive and adapted for people with a learning disability and people with autism. We want people to be laughing and engaging with others, enjoying what they are doing and not viewing physical activity as a chore. We never assume anything about people's abilities and and always listen to what our members have to say. Following the pandemic, we want to re-inspire and re-motivate our members to move more. We see this as more important now than ever before, after a period of, in some cases, quite extreme isolation and anxiety. We are eager to get our people back not only to exercising face to face, but to socialising and having fun with each other.
We provide sporting opportunities such as multi-sports, games-based badminton skills and dance projects, which allow people to return to team sports in small groups and that follow the guidance on keeping safe.
