Overview

Easier to learn than my Yang style classes, this form is a great introduction to tai chi. Designed by Dr Paul Lam and his team, this form is based on Sun Style tai chi. Nevertheless, I teach tai chi because I know that it can bring about life-changing benefits. Benefits include: increased energy levels, reduced stress, improved coordination, improved balance, reduced joint/muscular pain, improved/maintained mobility, improved memory, increased body awareness, feelings of calm and relaxation, reduced tendency to rush.
