Springboard Adults

Sports category:

Dance Fitness

DanceEast Springboard Adults classes, are for adults with additional needs. The Dance Artists leading the classes have extensive experience teaching dance to adults with learning and physical difficulties. This class will help and support participants to adapt to different situations and it assists with their social, creative and physical development. Engaging props, themes and stimuli are used to create movement. Participants will begin to explore some choreography and how to put moves together to create routines or pieces that can be expressive, narrative, emotional or purely physical.

Take the DanceEast virtual tour to familiarise yourself with the DanceHouse layout before you arrive. This is ideal for those who might be anxious about going to new places and experiencing new environments. Every room and corridor that you might need to access is included in the virtual tour, so you can get an accurate idea of where you need to go, how you can get there and where the closest facilities are.
