This is the perfect class if you would like to learn the basic principles of Pilates and essential moves for the whole body from the comfort of a chair. Ideal if you are not comfortable with moving around on the floor, have limited mobility or Osteoporosis. Please bring a pair of light hand weights, filled water bottles or small food tins.
