Overview
Scottish Disability Golf & Curling (SDGC) is governed and operated by disabled people and was the first organisation in the world, to incorporate anyone of any age, with a physical, sensory or intellectual disability, that interferes with the playing or learning about either sport.
We organize golf from April to October and curling from October through to March and, when there is an overlap of seasons, we operate “Sticks & Stones” events, where members can participate in both sports at multi-day events.
Check out our website or get in touch for more information and we'll be happy to answer any questions you may have.

Equipment:
For Golf:
it's ideal to have your own set of clubs, balls, gloves & hat - though not to worry if not as you can hire these items at the golf pro shop at the venue. Please make sure to abide by the relevant dress code for the golf course you attend (usually smart casual clothing and enclosed footwear, no blue denim).
For Curling:
No special equipment required, just warm clothing. Anti-slip footwear can be provided, along with curling cues and ice gear as necessary.
