Overview
On Friday Evenings and Some Saturdays between May and October, Delph Sailing Club runs Social Sailing sessions when members and guest can have fun on the water.
Alongside our large club boat fleet, we have recently gained a Hansa Access boat which allows us to take sailors with a large range of impairments out on the water as long as they can self transfer and are ok to use communal changing and toileting facilities.

Equipment:
You must bring clothing that is adequate for the weather conditions and that you are prepared to get wet alongside spare clothing to change into should you get wet.
Accessibility Information:
Our club has level access but our changing facilities are not particularly disabled friendly.
We do not yet have hoisting equipment, a disabled toilet or a Changing Place although we are working towards both those ends.
The journey from the clubhouse to the jetty is step free but you must cross grass and a stony beach.
We are currently applying for funding for a hoist for our jetty but at the moment we can only take people sailing if they are able to self transfer.
Our Hansa Access boat is a double hander so visitors have the option to go out on their own if they are experienced or with an instructor.
