Overview
We offer fitness classes including Yoga, Pilates, arm-chair aerobics, and group Physio workshops as well as one-to-one appointments with a neuro-Physiotherapist. Our classes are divided my mobility for some therapies, but this is not needed for others. Some people sit, some stand and some lie and different options are given for different mobility levels so everyone can get involved. Carers and friends and family are welcome to join in when classes are not full.

Attending the club:
Once you are a member of the centre for £10 per year, you can access all therapies. For oxygen treatment you do need your doctor's signature, however we are a self-help group and you refer yourself. To join you come and look around or you can choose to visit for your first therapy. We accept a specific range of long-term conditions which result in physical disabilities in addition to Multiple Sclerosis. All bookings are done on our online system via our volunteers. This way people can book virtual classes, classes and all other therapies and services at the centre. Usually there are talks, events and lunches going on at the centre's drop-in centre also.
We do not charge for any therapies however many members give suggested donations for each therapy to support the charity.
For classes we have sign ups on a first come, first served basis as our fitness room allows up to 12 for classes at present.

No equipment needed as we have it. Only comfortable ,loose clothes are needed.
Accessibility Information:
Our centre is completely accessible to disabled visitors. We have disabled doors, access ramps, we are on the ground floor with several disabled toilets and our doorways are wide enough for wheelchairs. Accessibility is at the heart of our centre so that members feel safe and comfortable whatever therapy or activity they are visiting for. All of our therapists and instructors have experience working with physical disabilities and our equipment and room layouts are made with mobility including wheelchair use in mind. Our therapy rooms have all of the equipment needed including hoists and equipment to help people move easier. Our centre's members are physically disabled from Multiple Sclerosis or other long-term or neuro conditions and therefore accessibility is key for our staff and volunteers at all times. We have regular fire drill practices to ensure we are all prepared.
