Overview
This is a weekly session that caters for children and young people with a full range of disabilities and SEN (cerebral palsy, intellectual impairment, autism spectrum disorders and other social, emotional and mental health disabilities) ranging from age 4 to 25 with around 40 regular participants. There are 3 different groups and these are broken down into age groups. There are 3 sessions that are delivered by 3 different members of staff, while other members of staff are taking the participants around to all the different activities, this is to make sure all the participants get the opportunity to take part in all the different activities, all activities are adapted for all abilities and ages.

This is a turn up and join in group, pre booking is advised but not essential. First session is free, then sessions after that are £5.

Equipment:
Participants will just need to wear anything they feel comfortable exercising in. There isn't any special requirements.
Accessibility Information:
The venue where the sessions are based is accessible to individuals that have physical impairments or in wheelchairs. We have a lift from the ground floor to the 1st floor where the sessions take place. We have use of disabled toilets and a changing place, that is fitted with relevant equipment. Chesterfield FC won an award for having the best disability facilities at a football ground.
