Mixed Ability Non-Contact Boxing training provides you with the opportunity to learn real boxing skills including defences without the risk of full-contact boxing.
You will get to punch bags and pads but not each other.
Sessions are a combination of Fitness, Boxing Skills and Fun - so get involved and join in on the fun!
