Overview
This is a class where we learn how to relax at a very deep level. We also learn good posture and balance and a sequence of slow flowing movements called Taichi that does wonderful things for the body. Studies have shown it to increase muscle strength and flexibility, to strengthen core and back and improve wellbeing. We have fun and enjoy the fresh air in summertime, out in the garden. come and try ! Adult Price: 6 Junior Price: 6
