Overview
We are a newly formed (as of September 2018) grass routes blind football club, striving to give people of Nottinghamshire and surrounding areas the opportunity to play the beautiful game of blind football. We welcome all ages, any gender and all abilities. Our goal is to grow the number of players in the game and provide fun and exciting sessions for people to come along to and enjoy. Our long term goal is to be able to field a team in The National Blind Football League and help develop players on to the England pathway. Training sessions are held on Sundays, 2pm to 4pm on the state of the art 3G facilities at The One Call Stadium, the home of Mansfield Town Football Club, where there is also the award winning Sandy Pate Sports Bar restaurant on site. The stadium is situated just minutes away from Mansfield bus and train station and arrangements can be made for anyone who would like support from the station to the stadium. Players of any ability are welcome however they must fall under the sight classification of either B1 or B2.
