Staff experience:

We have a lot of experience working with disabled people, and have undergone specialised training

Activity format:

Individual

Attending the club:

Just call on 07446503082 or send a text. First session is free. After that, it is an inclusive £19 for four sessions per month including karate suit, belts, gradings and syllabus books.

Participants are also welcomed on our free weeklong fun and educational trips to Center Parcs and all around Europe. We have 18 weeks abroad planned each year where everyone is welcome to participate.

When we meet:

Tuesdays and Thursdays 16:00 to 17:00 and 17:30 to 18:30.

Equipment:

We provide the equipment/karate suits free of charge. Just make sure to wear comfortable clothes you can move around in and a bottle of water.
