Overview
The HAPPY Hub has everything to support positive mental health. Aimed at all ages, we believe in making mental health a positive conversation and something everyone should make the time to enhance. Based in Basildon, Essex, we have a fantastic platform to directly support mental and physical health directly in the community, without waiting lists.
Not only do we sell a variety of tools to support mental health, we also run a variety of wellness activities for people to take part in. Pop-in for ping pong, a cuppa, or a wellness workshop, borrow a self-help book, or why not join us for one of our therapeutic sessions. Or why not volunteer. Whatever you're looking for we are here in Eastgate Shopping Centre, Basildon. Open 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday 10am to 4pm, with late night on a Tuesday until 6.30. There really is something for everyone, pop over to our whats on where tab and see the full timetable.
And don't worry if you can't get to Basildon, we are working with various partners to create HAPPY Hubs further a field.
