Overview

We deliver a monthly football session for disabled adults in Cheshire. The sessions invovle warm ups, fun games and promote physical activity regardless of ability. The participants are generally low ability and mobility but they have loads of fun and are well attended by people from local day care centres. The sessions are all delivered by coaches, staff and volunteers.

We meet once a month on a Tuesday (11-2pm) and Friday (12-1pm).

Equipment:

Sportswear and a drink would be preferable but apart from that nothing else is required.

Accessibility Information:

All venues are accessible however we can't cater for wheelchair users on the football pitch.
There is accessbile toilets and parking nearby.
