Chair-based Zumba Gold (Colwick)

This is a very gentle, very low-impact but super fun Zumba Gold class that can be done seated or standing. It is wheelchair-friendly and most suitable for older adults and those with disabilities or mental/physical limitations. There's also an optional drop-in tea/coffee social from 1.15pm before the class to relax, socialise and make new friends. Tea/Coffee/Biscuits are provided for just 50p per session. This class doesn't currently require booking in advance so feel free to drop in anytime to join in this class.
