Overview

We are partnered with British Canoeing as one of the Paracanoe Talent Clubs, one of our aims is to find new aspiring athletes who would like to give canoe racing a try, with the potential of being the next Paralympian.
This is an exciting time to try Paracanoe - come and give it a try!

Attending the club:

We currently have a dedicated coach, new participants can arrange a convenient time for 1 to 1 sessions, before being assessed to join group paddles and training. Where needed 1 to 1 sessions can carry on in the long term.

Please get contact via email or phone to arrange a time to come and try canoeing.

Equipment:

Equipment such as boats, paddles and buoyancy aids will be provided.
Ideal clothing needed: Base layers, shorts or tracksuit bottoms depending on the weather.

Accessibility Information:

The club has parking directly outside the building. We have a wheelchair accessible toilet and changing rooms. Their is a ramp down to the waterside as well as steps, and a rubber coated pontoon. We have a wide variety of boats for people try, some are specifically made for Para-canoe.
