We are a friendly community goalball club. We welcome new members even if you know nothing about goalball. Visually impaired and sighted all welcome. Main session age 13+, youth sessions ages 8-14

Attending the club:

We welcome new people throughout the year. Sighted and visually impaired all welcome! Age 13+ for the general sessions, ages 8-14 for youth sessions.
The first three sessions are free. After this there is an annual membership fee ofuire £100 (£80) per year.

When we meet:

We train alternate Sundays 12.00-15.00

Is there a specific meeting point at the address:

We train in the main sports hall.
If needed we can meet people in the City Centre or at the train station.

Equipment:

You will require indoor trainers and we advise long trousers e.g. leggings/jogging bottoms and a sports top to start with. The club has padding and eye shades which we can lend to new members. Other padding may be useful as players progress. Also, don't forget to bring a water bottle.

Accessibility Information:

We train at Cherry Hinton Village leisure centre about 15 min from Cambridge Central Rail station. Team members travel together by bus from Central Cambridge and the train station and we can meet people at these points. There is parking at the hall. Guide dogs are welcome and there is green space around the hall for spending them. There is a disabled shower and changing room and step-free access.
