Bowls with the Bowls Royce Wheelchair

In this session we introduce you to playing the sport of lawn bowls using a wheelchair.
This is a game suitable for all ages, and these sessions are designed so that you don't need to stand and deliver a bowl, or walk up and down the green, to play this marvellous game.

You may be a bowler who is contemplating giving up the sport because of breathing difficulties. Or you may be a wheelchair user who is looking for a new activity to increase your opportunities to exercise and indeed socialise!

Wheelchair bowling is a marvellous activity. As a social activity it offers regular exercise and the opportunity to meet and catch up with friends old and new.

When taken a bit more seriously, and this includes wheelchair players, it's a sport that can take you all the way to playing for your the County, and your country in the National and Commonwealth Games ... as your game improves. Unlike almost every other sport you can name, age is NO BARRIER to competitive games of bowls.
