Beginners Yoga Grays
Sports category:
Yoga & Pilates
Overview
Hatha Yoga for beginners. All sessions are suitable for people new to Yoga of any age and ability.
The entrance to the hall is first door on the right as you approach the rear of the building from the free car park.
I teach Hatha yoga - Energy work, postures, correct breathing and mind focus. You do what you can and if you cannot I would offer alternatives. The aim is to relax whilst exploring you own movement; yoga is not competitive.
The benefits of regular practice can be; improved flexibility, core strength, flexibility, breathing control, balance and movement. Reduced stress hormone production, cholesterol levels, resting heart rate and blood pressure. This also can be a catalyst to lifestyle change and importantly better understanding of strengths and weakness.
