When we meet:

Sessions take place on a Tuesday afternoon from 1.00pm-2.00pm. There are a range of physical activities that participants can take part in, ranging from tennis, football, racquet sports, walking.

Meet at tennis courts.

Equipment:

Wear loose fitting clothing, that enables you to take part safely.
Please bring a drink and appropriate weather wear.
Equipment is provided.
