Attending the club:

First session is FREE so you can try it and see if you like it. Club membership available with additional benefits such as reduced session fee's, free t-shirt and others.

When we meet:

Fridays 6pm to 7pm, Wednesday 7pm to 8.30pm at Penglais School Hall, Aberystwyth

Equipment:

We recommend people wear comfortable clothing such as tracksuit bottoms and a t-shirt. A pair of cycling type gloves may be of benefit to prevent blisters. We have a number of sports wheelchairs that new and long term members can use.
