Overview
This is a really gentle walk/jog programme held over 5 weeks on a Monday, Friday and Sunday (come to as many sessions as you like, NB consecutive Sunday and Monday is not recommended).
Starting with just 15 seconds jogging and 30 seconds walking we build up gradually to jogging a mile on graduation day, when you will be presented with the coveted 'One Mile Challenge' band.
