Sessions for adults to swim socially, no lanes. These sessions are generally quieter and so may be more suitable for those living with dementia, neurodivergence and/or other long term health conditions
Wednesdays 10.45-11.30am during term time. Join us for a low impact dance fitness session with no jumping but plenty of fun. Have a boogie to classic pop hits you'll love from 1960s onwards. All welcome, first class free.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site 01472 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
Wellbeing Walks are short walks, run by friendly, specially trained volunteer walk leaders, who are on hand to provide encouragement and support. All walks are free of charge and are open to everyone – you don’t need to preregister, just come along and join us. This group exercise class is designed to help the elderly improve physical fitness, strength, and balance. The exercises within the class are progressed slowly according to your abilities, and within the same group people normally progress at different rates. The exercises are specifically developed to help you feel steadier on your feet and improve your confidence in getting around on your own.
