Taekwondo is a Korean martial art often known for its dynamic kicks. The translation of Taekwondo is 'the way of hand and foot', or 'the art of kicking and punching'. The aim of all classes at Unity Taekwondo Academy is to provide a fun, friendly and safe environment to instruction you in a martial art the instructors love. Classes are taught by Chief Instructor, Master Bush. 6th Dan in Chungdokwan Taekwondo. Master Bush has been involved in the martial arts for over 30 years.

The Power of Poles course will introduce you to the wonderful world of Nordic walking – a fun, sociable and affordable way to improve your health and fitness. In this 90-minute session, you’ll learn the basics of Nordic walking and gain your Freedom Passport. You’ll then be able to book into any of our regular walks and classes. Poles will be provided for this session.
