A swim session for people with disabilities. Parents and carers are welcome.
This is a Quiet Soft Play session for children up to 10 years old. Some session features include no music, familiar faces, and reduced capacity. Junior tickets include 1 free adult. All additional adults need to purchase a ticket. Socks must be worn at all times. No outside food or drink is permitted.
This session is for anyone who needs support with their 2 wheel cycling. Whether you need help getting started, or fine tuning cycling skills, we are here to help.
We encourage and promote sport to people with a disability to enable them to be physically active. Our sessions are led by enthusiastic and fully qualified coaches who will ensure that the participants have a great time and have an opportunity to to try a range of activities.
Help strengthen your core stability, improve muscle tone and mobility with our exercise class that has been specially designed for people who are at risk of or worried about falling. The instructor will take into consideration your individual circumstances and has a range of chair, standing and floor exercises.
An easy to access fitness class where the entire session is seated, or uses chairs to support balance and stability (where possible for participant). We focus on maintaining or improving fitness, balance, strength, mobility and mental well being. The class is open to all, but mainly caters to older adults looking for a more gentle class. We stay for tea and coffee after so there is the ability to socialise for those who might not otherwise have this opportunity.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site (01472) 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
Walking netball is designed to help people keep an active lifestyle despite their age, as well as getting those back playing netball who had to stop due to injuries.
