Fridays 2-4pm weekly friendly table tennis sessions specifically for people with Parkinson's. Accessible venue with ample parking. It doesn't matter if you are a complete beginner or a seasoned player. All standards welcome. Structured coaching and social time. Bat and Chat! Tea/ coffee and biscuits provided.
Trinity Laban offers weekly dance classes for people who are recovering from, or living with an acquired brain injury or stroke, or other neurological condition, and their carers.
The classes are suitable for older adults who haven’t exercised before or who have started to experience a decline in their physical ability. There are two classes available: A Beginner/Intermediate class which lasts for 45 minutes and an Intermediate/Advanced class, which lasts for approximately 1 hour. A 45 minute open gym session where the music is lowered. Parents are allowed to come and train with there newborn/children if they are in a car seat or pushchair.

A slower version of the game, it`s still netball, but played at a walking pace. The game has been designed so that anyone can play it, regardless of fitness level and sessions are taken by a trained activator. Don’t worry if you have forgotten the rules, as they will be able to help you on your way to getting back into the sport you love.
Sessions for adults to swim socially, no lanes. These sessions are generally quieter and so may be more suitable for those living with dementia, neurodivergence and/or other long term health conditions
