Our purpose built sensory room is designed for disabled children and adults, and also under 5's. Our seated dance classes combine dance and movement in a sociable, enjoyable and welcoming environment. These sessions can help you remain mobile and feel the very positive effects for both body and mind that dance can provide. We use props to help extend your range of movement so that everything we do can be adapted for you and your physical ability and confidence. Mixed ability Grade 1-2 up to 45 minutes, some moderate hills, brisk pace. Join us for a cuppa after in the Museum Cafe. If this is your first Health Walk, please arrive 10-15 minutes before the start so you can listen to a pre walk briefing. You don't need any special equipment but be sure to dress for the weather and wear sturdy shoes and bring a bottle of water.
