Our Community Club in Hackney runs weekly inclusive multi-sport sessions. The club offers a range of inclusive traditional and Paralympic sports including football, basketball, cricket, tennis, boccia and more. Our sports club is open to anyone with a disability aged 8 years and over. Siblings, parents, carers and support workers can join for free! The club is welcoming, fun and engaging for everyone! Sessions for adults to swim socially, no lanes. These sessions are generally quieter and so may be more suitable for those living with dementia, neurodivergence and/or other long term health conditions 

Sessions for all ages looking to build their water confidence for disabled people or those with long term medical or health conditions.

Instructor led sessions where participants are able to follow individually tailored exercise to meet their muscular skeletal conditions.
