Our general taekwondo class welcomes everyone, from beginners to experts, and is is open to anyone aged 3+. The lesson covers all aspects of taekwondo. We work on flexibility, fitness, traditional techniques, patterns, self-defence and Olympic-style sparring. Taught by several instructors, we have the ability to split the class into groups according to your age and skill level. International leaders of Disability access in dance, Stopgap Dance Company, run a range of youth and adult community dance groups across the southeast of England. ‘Tigers’ is a football club for adults (18+) who have a learning disability. We train on a Monday evening from 5.00pm to 6.00pm at South Wilts Sports Club, Wilton Road, Salisbury. From time to time the club is involved in tournaments, where we play against similar teams from other parts of Wiltshire. South Wilts Mencap support the club by transporting the players to tournaments in the minibus.
