Wellbeing Walks are short walks, led by friendly, specially trained volunteer walk leaders, who are on hand to provide encouragement and support. This is a stunning location with beautiful views of the New Forest! We have a choice of walks, depending on the conditions, but some may be wet and muddy, so please wear your waterproof shoes!
This is a gentle walk around the lake. The pace will allow time time for walk and talk whilst enjoing the atmophere of the lake. There are usually lots of birds to see in the area as well as wonderful views. We can stop at the tearooms at the end of the walk if you want tea or even an ice cream.
