PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site 01472 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
Start your week with a small-group outdoor Pilates class in the heart of Battersea Park. This 55-minute session focuses on building core strength, improving posture, and increasing flexibility — all with the fresh air and open space of the park. Suitable for all levels, with personalised guidance from your instructor to help you move well and feel energised for the day ahead.
Sessions for adults to swim socially, no lanes. These sessions are generally quieter and so may be more suitable for those living with dementia, neurodivergence and/or other long term health conditions
