Gentle WALX is great for those who are getting back into exercise, have a health condition or simply want to move well and be fit for life! The class is designed to help you get confident moving outdoors, whilst enjoying the fresh air and having some fun.
We are a wheelchair curling club based at the Peak, Forthside Way, Stirling, FK8 1QZ. The club has a session most Wednesday's between 12.30pm and 2.30pm from September through to March. The aim of the club is to promote and develop wheelchair curling. The club welcomes both social and competitive players of all ages and abilities.
