You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
This session encourages and promotes sport to people with a disability to enable them to be physically active. The multi sport session is led by enthusiastic and fully qualified coaches, this sessions gives participants the opportunity to get a taste of variety of different sports in a fun, safe and welcoming environment.
Walking rugby: one of England rugby's non-contact formats of the game! There is no tackling involved… Instead, a touch on the armpit or below are used. Played on a half pitch, participants must be working at all times. This session is available for all skill levels and all abilities. These are social sessions with a low commitment level, meaning you can join us whenever you like!
