Session for family to build water confidence in a calm environment with unique ambience created by coloured lighting effects and sounds/music. This activity’s ideal for those looking to enjoy a sensory experience based around visual, hearing and touch senses.

Seated or standing exercises focusing on improving balance to reduce the risk of falls and increase confidence in our more vulnerable customers.

Sessions for adults to swim socially, no lanes. These sessions are generally quieter and so may be more suitable for those living with dementia, neurodivergence and/or other long term health conditions

Join us for an injury prevention session. Suitable for adults aged 18 and above, this session promises to boost your flexibility levels and leave you feeling invigorated!

We are a group of players ranging from complete beginners to club curlers, Paralympians and even world champions!! ​ The club has a 2 hour session most Fridays from October through to March starting at either 11.45am or 12.15pm.
