Each paying ticket admits one carer free of charge. Supervision ratios apply for children under 8. These are: Children 18M–4Y = 1 full paying adult – 2 children. Children 5 – 7 Y = 1 full paying adult bouncing – 10 children. Over 8’s – No ratios apply. Trampoline socks must be worn.

Yoga is not just movement, it's community, it's friendship, it's a break from day to life, it's a little segment of escapism in your week. In this class we focus on two things - accessible movement and building friendships. Movement is worked on from chair (don't be fooled - full body stretch and strength work is promised) and friendships are made as I encourage chat during this class!

These Walking Rugby sessions are open to all ages 18+ and all genders and abilities.No experience is required and each session includes a social aspect of 30 minutes pre-activity and post-activity for participants to chat over refreshments*.The sessions will take place in the High Performance Centre (HPC) or Back Pitches at cinch Stadium.Please meet at the HPC at 5:30pm for free pre-activity refreshments.
