Delve deep in your Pilates practice with this circuit. You will be using Reformer, Tower, Cadillac, Chair, Barrels, Mat. This is your chance to experience all the benefits of the Pilates equipment with our incredible teachers. Fun and effective, try exercises that you might know but on a different machine as well as new exercises. Feel your body work as you have never felt it before!
Walking Netball is a slower version of the game; it is netball, but at a walking pace. Sessions are full of fun, laughter and camaraderie.
