This session is ideal for those with physical disabilities, mobility issues or long-term health conditions. Using our warmer temperature small pool to provide a calm, gentle environment for swimmers.
We encourage and promote sport to people with a disability to enable them to be physically active. Our sessions are led by enthusiastic and fully qualified coaches who will ensure that the participants have a great time and have an opportunity to to try a range of activities.

Improve your health and well-being by taking part in our Tai-Chi for Health Programme. Tai Chi is a low impact form of exercise that can be enjoyed by all ages and fitness levels. Walking football is played at walking pace, with players not allowed to run. This includes with the ball or off the ball, and includes jogging. You can ‘walk’ as fast as you want and walking as described in the rules is “one foot must be in contact with the ground at all times'”.
