Each paying ticket admits one carer free of charge. Supervision ratios apply for children under 8. These are: children 18M – 4Y = 1 full paying adult – 1 child. Children 5 – 7 Y = 1 full paying adult bouncing – 10 children. Over 8’s – No ratios apply. Trampoline socks must be worn.
A 45 minute open gym session where the music is lowered. Parents are allowed to come and train with there newborn/children if they are in a car seat or pushchair.
Walking Netball is a slower version of the game; it is netball, but at a walking pace. Sessions are full of fun, laughter and camaraderie. It is not a requirement to register in advance but if you choose not to follow the online registration process we do ask that you email the contact on this page so where possible, they are able to communicate with you should any cancellation occur. A swim session for people with disabilities. Parents and carers are welcome.
Private Skateboard Lesson with Sam. 1:1 or group’s of up to 4 if you want to learn with your family or friends. This session is open to skaters of all genders aged 4 to 100. Sam is experienced in providing additional support for those with learning impairments, visual impairments, mental health issues, and social or behavioral problems.Join us for a relaxed, friendly and productive session at the rate that suits you and your group.

Opportunities for players with disabilities of all ages and abilities to play football in inclusive sessions and teams.
These Walking Rugby sessions are open to all ages 18+ and all genders and abilities.No experience is required and each session includes a social aspect of 30 minutes pre-activity and post-activity for participants to chat over refreshments*.The sessions will take place in the High Performance Centre (HPC).Please meet in the HPC at 5:30pm for free pre-activity refreshments.
