GEMS is a friendly and relaxed dance class for over 65s which includes a mixture of seated and standing movement with a focus on everyone going at their own pace and having fun. GEMS is more than a dance class. It's about being part of a community, building friendships and everyone enjoying themselves. We cover a wide range of styles and facilitate the exploration of creative movement. Each session costs £3.50, your first session is free!
Gentle exercise for seniors to improve their strength and balance.
We work alongside young people providing experiences that teach them how to value, benefit from and look after the natural world. From growing food to managing a small woodland, our base at Farm Road Pavilion offers endless opportunities.
Move to Improve is a 5 week group focusing on the links between exercise and mental health, barriers, motivation, unhelpful attitudes and behaviours towards food and physical activity and dealing with stigma, and difficult emotions. It is for residents of North East Hampshire.
Level 3: 3-4 miles, fields and hills, quicker pace and possible stiles. Intermediate walks, ideal for those with good walking fitness and able to complete 60-90mins with minimal stops.
