Fun Fizzicle is a mixture or free play and organised fun and games designed to occupy children with additional needs whilst their parents/carers relax in our cafe. Parents are also welcome to join in with the activities.
Opportunities for players with disabilities of all ages and abilities to play football in inclusive sessions and teams.
National League Level Session
Sessions open to all adult players 18+ or Junior players who have completed a GBWR fit to play assessment. Weekly club sessions for players eligible to play either WR5s or Classified Paralympic Wheelchair Rugby. All sessions are led by GBWR level 2 recognised coach.
Weekly Club training session for junior members aged 8 - 17 years inclusive. Our Wheelchair Rugby sessions are focused on fun physical activity teaching young players the skills for participation in GBWR Junior events. We also ensure that players are supported to transition to the senior programme as and when required.
This gentle, yet invigorating flow focuses on soft, therapeutic poses linked together in a flowing sequence. A slower-paced practice with a focus on cooling, relaxing, and grounding postures where students will be guided to connect each pose with their breath to harmonise mind, body and soul. Expect to experience a sense of deep relaxation combined with movement designed to improve circulation and range of motion, whilst calming the nervous system.
