We run a recreational walking football session for ladies over 40 and men over 50. No experience necessary.

Instructor led class for learning the aerial arts with aerial hoop. If it’s your first time we recommend our beginner specific class (Tuesday’s 7:45pm).A metal hoop suspended from the ceiling allows you to create shapes, get strong and have fun.Great for core, upper body and all over strength.

Walking Netball is a slower version of the game; it is netball, but at a walking pace. Sessions are full of fun, laughter and camaraderie. It is not a requirement to register in advance but if you choose not to follow the online registration process we do ask that you email the contact on this page so where possible, they are able to communicate with you should any cancellation occur. Come along as a beginner or a more advanced level pole student. We will teach spins, tricks and short combos on static and spin pole. Use any membership for this class or do one off sessions.
