Featuring a variety of large inflatable obstacles, slides, and jumping platforms, X-treme Air provides an exhilarating environment where you can test your agility, balance, and stamina while having a blast. Under 8's must be accompanied by a paying adult.

Led Group Bike Rides - We attampt to accommodate the abilities and preferences of riders with several rides on different routes, distances and pace. There is a social cafe stop and no one is dropped. Bikes are available for hire

Trampoline Coaching. Everyone is welcome. Over 10% of our members have a disability and we are encouraging more to join. We adapt the activities on the Trampoline to your specific disability. You don't have to be able to bounce, we use bean bags and can bounce you. If you can't see, we will bounce with you. Give it a go, it's fun.

A dedicated 55-minute session for those over 50+ that is both lane swimming and casual swimming, which also includes those with disabilities that require a quieter session.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site 01472 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
