The Accessible Swim Session is designed to help disabled and less-abled swimmers to build on their water confidence and swimming technique. Available to to all users in a friendly and supportive environment. Pool hoist availabe if required.

Walking Netball is a slower version of the game; it is netball, but at a walking pace. Sessions are full of fun, laughter and camaraderie. It is not a requirement to register in advance but if you choose not to follow the online registration process we do ask that you email the contact on this page so where possible, they are able to communicate with you should any cancellation occur. This session is ideal for those with physical disabilities, mobility issues or long-term health conditions. Using our warmer temperature small pool to provide a calm, gentle environment for swimmers.

Fun Fizzicle is a mixture or free play and organised fun and games designed to occupy children with additional needs whilst their parents/carers relax in our cafe. Parents are also welcome to join in with the activities.

Online, live group exercise sessions. Specifically for those who prefer a more gentle session. Each week we aim to work the whole body focussing on Strengthening and Stretching. Small, friendly groups. All abilities welcome.
